8-Hour dB(A) Noise Logger
Instructions:
• Use a calibrated sound level meter.
• Record the stabilized average dB(A) every 15 minutes.
• Do not record spikes or fluctuating peaks.
• At the end of the shift, calculate the average to enter into your OSHA noise calculator.
• Leave blank if the interval was not applicable.
